Payment Details
Winning bid will be awarded at the regularly scheduled Board meeting of Hereford Township Supervisors on Tuesday May 27 at 7:30pm. Payment to the Township of full amount of the successful bid by certified check or money order shall be made within fifteen (15) days of notice from the Township of awarding of bid. Successful bidder must remove the equipment from the Hereford Township Maintenance Garage within fifteen (15) days of awarding the bid. The Hereford Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All sales shall be made “as is” “where is” basis.
Item Description
This is a Bi-directional Tractor with standard 3 pt. hitch for mounting various attachments, hydraulically operated. Includes Tiger 50" Rotary Boom Mower. Engine is in inoperable condition. New hydraulic pump installed 5 years ago, new main boom cylinder installed 1 year ago. new pressure plate flywheel installed 1 year ago. The issue with the tractor is the oil plug fell out of the oil pan while we were mowing the roads, the engine lost oil pressure and I believe spun a main crankshaft bearing. It did start and had a bearing noise when we parked it, now it doesn't crank over. Bid accordingly, No Reserve Auction.

The top of the boom as shown is 12ft. The top of the beacon light on the cab is 10ft.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
