The truck is sold "as-is" and "where-is". The truck needs transmission work. No warranties are expressed or implied.
The purchaser is responsible for all transfer and transportation costs.

we have used it in the past to hang banners on telephone poles, I am unsure as to the full extent, it is not able to be driven, when it was parked the controls for the bucket were operational, it has not been driven for sometime so we have no idea what is working and that is why it is being sold as is...
