Item Description
This 1982 GMC box truck was originally owned and operated by the Stroehmann Bread Company. It was acquired by the Borough in 2002 when it had 269,000 miles on it. The truck was converted into a mobile command center until 2017 when it was replaced by a newer vehicle. The interior has been divided into two separate rooms with pocket doors. The driver’s area can also be isolated making a total of three separate work spaces. 110 electric outlets, florescent lights, phone jacks and an A/C unit have been installed. With a generator, this could be self-sufficient (much like a motor home).The vehicle can also be plugged in to a regular home outlet for power. The odometer currently shows 272,000. It is currently inspected until 5/18. The truck runs good but it’s difficult to start (possible fuel injector pump). The tires are good and the engine was fitted with a block type heater. Except for the difficulty with the starting it has always been very reliable. Truck is a available for inspection Monday - Friday 8 AM to 4 PM

It's a 6.2 liter GM diesel and No it has not been replaced.

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
