This vehicle is being sold in “as is” condition. No warranties are expressed or implied. The Municipality reserves the right to reject all bids. The vehicle must be picked up within 15 days of the close of the auction. The Municipality reserves the right to repost the vehicle after the established pick up time period has expired. Payment can be made by certified check to the Town of Ashfield, Massachusetts, submitted in person at time of vehicle pick up. Buyer also responsible for all fees in regards to title transfer. Notice to potential bidders: Upon winning the auction, the winning bidder must submit a signed “Certificate of Non-Collusion” (provided by municipality) prior to the receipt of property as required by Massachusetts Chapter 30B.
Item Description
1996 Utility Trailer - used for snowmobiles, holds two sleds, top opening (see attached pictures). Same is rusted on the underside, dent on front of same (see attached picture).

This is what the department head wanted to list this item at. It is in brush at this time, It has not been pulled out of where it is sitting, these are the most recent pictures that I could get. I do not have dimensions, it is the size for two snowmobiles.

The department head advised that the tires were decent (good) and he also has a spare, there is no title because the trailer is under a certain weight limit. If you are in the area and would like to view the trailer let me know and we can set something up.

Our Buyers Fees

- Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
