Payment Details
Payment must be paid in full by cash, check or money order within five business days after the auction is closed. Check or money order is made payable to Bellefonte Borough. The payment may be made in person at our offices at 236 W Lamb St, Bellefonte, PA, or mailed to that address. Once payment is made, you will receive a receipt which must be presented at the time of pickup. Please be sure to contact Melissa McCullough at 814-355-1501, Ext. 210, to set up a time for payment and pickup.

- Width at the base of the cover: 13 ft, 8 in
- Height: 7 ft, 5 in
- Width of individual sections: 6 ft, 5.5 in.
- Depth of end walls: 5.5 in.
- Opening in end wall: 6.5 in high by 6.5 in wide
- Height of end wall door: 47 in.
- Width of end wall door: 23.5 in
- Cover end walls: Both have only a single door.
For the purpose of clarification: One RBC cover, or a lot, is one disassembled RBC cover, consisting of four individual sections placed on a stack. One stack of four individual sections and two end covers makes one completed RBC cover.
RBC Cover(s) sold AS-IS and WHERE-IS. No guarantees or warranties. All Sales Final; No Returns or Refunds.
Cover(s) must be picked up at the Bellefonte Waste Water Treatment Plant, 615 Pleasant View Blvd., Bellefonte, PA 16823.
A wheeled loader with forks and an operatorwill be available to lift theRBC Cover(s) for loading purposes.
No liability or responsibility falls on the Bellefonte Borough and WWTP during the loading of the Cover(s).
Winning bidder must pick up cover(s) within ten business days after offer is accepted.
If cover(s) are not collected within fifteen days, the item(s) will be relisted.

600 lbs X 4 = 2,400 lbs. approx. (600 lbs. approx. weight of individual section),
100 lbs X 2 = 200 lbs. approx. (100 lbs. approx. weight of individual end section)
Best guess is approximately 2,600 lbs. for the weight of the whole RBC Cover.

This set of four (4) RBC Covers (LOT 1,2,3,4) is all of the RBC Covers we have to sell. If an individual purchases more than one lot and needs additional time, we can accommodate an additional week (or two) to pick them up.

Our Buyers Fees
With Municibid, pricing is clear, up-front and transparent. A buyer's fee (% of the winning bid amount) will be charged directly to the winning bidder upon the close of each auction via the credit card you entered prior to placing the bid. You pay the selling agency directly for the full cost of the item. (unless otherwise noted)
All Buyers fee's are aggregate unless otherwise noted. This means after you cross certain price thresholds you will pay a different buyers fee for the remaining amount. See below for an example.
Example:
If buyers fee is 8% for bids up to $99,999.99, 5% for bids $100,000 - $499,999.99, and 4% for bids over $500,000.
- Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

FAIR WARNING ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You are legally obligated to pay for your item per the terms of the seller if you are the high bidder at the close of auction. If you do not pay for your item, you will not receive a refund of your buyer's final sale fee, you will no longer be permitted to bid on municibid.com and will be subject to a penalty of 40% of the winning bid amount. If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
