Item Description
This auction is for MSA 4500 PSI SCBA packs and face pieces offered as a lot that include the following:
21- Firehawk airpacks with bailout packs (all slide to connect mask mounted regulators)
3- Firehawk airpacks without bailout packs (2 slide to connect mask mounted reguators, 1 push to connect mask mounted regulator)
32- Ultra Elite facepieces- (slide to connect)
1- Ultra Elite facepiece- (push to connect)
2- unused spectacle kits
3- spare facepiece nose cups
No cylinders are included with this sale.
These packs were originally purchased in 2005 and removed from service in April of 2018 due to receiving new packs. The facepieces range in age from 2005 to 2013.
Of the facepieces, there are 14 mediums, 3 smalls, and 6 larges with all thier attachments (Clear Command Voice Amplifier, and Heads Up Air Supply Display). There are 5 mediums, 3 larges, and 1 small with missing attachments. The push to connect facepiece is a medium and is missing attachments.
23 of the packs were flow tested in March of 2018.
Most items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. The escape belts were an aftermarket product installed in 2007 and are likely past their service life. We no longer have the original straps and buckles that came with the packs.
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of the close of the auction.
Items are being sold as is/where is. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation offI the property.

Our Buyers Fees
With Municibid, pricing is clear, up-front and transparent. - Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

FAIR WARNING ALL SALES ARE FINAL. You are legally obligated to pay for your item per the terms of the seller if you are the high bidder at the close of auction. If you do not pay for your item, you will not receive a refund of your buyer's final sale fee, you will no longer be permitted to bid on municibid.com and will be subject to a penalty of 40% of the winning bid amount. If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
