You are bidding on Playground Swings Structure only. The structure must be removed within 60 days from time of payment.

2 double swing bays including chains and swing seats. All posts are cemented in the ground.

No, the concrete for this structure does not have to be dug out. The swing set legs can be cut off a few inches below grade and covered with dirt if that is acceptable to the winning bidder.
