The front doors have markings on them from the removal of the magnetic decals. The right front frame is rusted through where the cross frame is hooked to the A arm. Muffler shield vibrates. Inspection is expired. Must be towed.

No. With the broken frame, it pulls to the right. Also it is not inspected. That is why we indicated that it must be towed.
