Item Description
Brine system is a GVM E-Z Brine, automatic brine making system with a capacity of up to 3000 gallons per hour with proper fresh water supply. This system includes a galvanized steel, skid mounted, automated brine production system, 1500+/- gallon poly salt hopper and related plumbing to install system. This sale does not include a poly storage tank to store brine. Recommended storage tank capacity is 5000 gallons. This unit worked properly upon removal from service just prior to the sale and has been used every winter in our facility since purchase in November, 2011. It is being replaced as a scheduled routine upgrade of our infrastructure. The system will require a 2" fresh water line, one 30 amp, 240 volt single phase circuit, one 20 amp 120 volt circuit and one 90 psi air line to operate the system. The pump has been replaced approximately four years ago and the VFD that controls the speed of the pump motor was replaced approximately 1 1/2 years ago. This equipment is sold on an AS-IS, WHERE-IS basis and has no written or implied warranties. Equipment must be picked up within 7 days after notification of the Board of Supervisors approval of the sale. There is no shipping option available for this equipment through the seller. The equipment is located at the Township of Pine Municipal Building 230 Pearce Mill Road Wexford, PA 15090

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If you do not pay for your item, you will not receive a refund of your buyer's final sale fee, you will no longer be permitted to bid on municibid.com and will be subject to a penalty of 40% of the winning bid amount. If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
