Payment Details
Payment in full is due within 10 business days of winning the auction. Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash (exact amount-we cannot make change), Cashiers Check or Money Order. Purchases will be released only upon receipt of payment. Successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed. If you are exempt from tax, you will need to advise the Business Office and forward your tax exemption certificate PRIOR to pickup of your items or the exemption may not be honored. Pickup instructions will be provided to you when you are accepted as the winner of the auction.
Item Description
This 1990 Chrvrolet Box Truck runs, but will need a jump start. It has 261,364 original miles. We purchased this vehicle new on 1/2/1991 from Hicks Chevrolet in Greencastle, PA. It has two front seats and a wooden back bed and was used by our Food Service Department. This vehicle is NOT currently inspected. It will not pass PA State Inspection because of frame issues.
All items offered for sale are used and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the property prior to bidding. All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. Items come with no warranty of any kind, including NO implied Warranty of Merchantability and NO implied Warranty of Fitness for a particular purpose.

The frame is bad in the rear of the vehicle, toward the axle area. Initially, the garage said it would pass if it was plated. Thank you for your patience for my response and Thank You for your interest in our auctions!

Our Buyers Fees

- Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
