"what kind of carb work does it need" - Asked by #4287186 01/24/2020 01:22 PM |
A: |
The engine idles and accelerates fine, it just runs rough under load. Some of this performance issue is most likely from old gas. Fresh gas and a good fuel cleaner may help in time but our mechanic feels the power circuit needs torn down and cleaned. The carb is a 4 barrel quadra jet.

"Is the frame in good shape? Brakes work?" - Asked by #25626490 02/01/2020 12:10 PM |
A: |
I feel the frame is in decent shape. I added 2 photos to give you a better idea of it's condition. The brakes are hydraulic and worked when we drove it around our lot. The truck was last inspected in 2017 so brakes and frame passed inspection then, after which the truck was parked and hasn't been on the road since.
