Item Description
North Cornwall Township is selling one used 2009 Dodge Charger RWD 4 door sedan police model with a 5.7 Hemi engine. The vehicle has automatic transmission, power steering, brakes, A/C, and has 113,142 miles on vehicle. The vehicle has surface rust on the left rear quarter (see photos). PA state inspection expired June 2020. The vehicle comes with the rear prisoner partition and rear plastic seating.
All Property is offered for sale "AS IS" by North Cornwall Township (seller) with no warranty offered.
Items offered for sale are available for inspection at the North Cornwall Township Building, 320 S. 18th Street, Lebanon, PA. Please call ahead at 717-274-0464 to provide notice of intent to inspect. Inspection hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (closed for major holidays). Please ask for the Police Chief or Police Sargent when calling to inspect the vehicle.
Once bidding is final and closed, the information for this item will be presented to the North Cornwall Township Board of Supervisors at their next regularly scheduled public meeting for approval of sale. The meetings are normally scheduled for the first Tuesday of each month. Accepted method of payment will include a Bank Check, Certified Check, Registered Check or Money Order. No Personal Checks, credit cards or cash will be accepted. All Transfer Fees for titled items will also be the financial responsibility of the buyer. North Cornwall Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
All items must be removed within (7) seven days from the date of sale approval. Purchases will be released upon the receipt of payment as specified. Pick-up and removal will be the responsibility of the buyer. Items remaining longer than the listed (7) days are subject to a storage fee.
The vehicle starts and was in service until May of 2020.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
