Item Description
Up for bid is a 2006 Chevrolet C4500 LifeLine Ambulance with 226,445 miles. Unit was taken out of front-line service in December of 2018. PA State inspection was good up totill February 2019. Chassis features a Power Stroke *.* liter Direct Injection Turbo Diesel engine coupled to an automatic transmission. Electric locks, windows and A/C.
The ambulance box is aluminum and manufactured by LifeLine built on a C4500 Chevy Chassis. Unit has a Vanner- series Inverter providing 110 volt power and shoreline outlet providing 12 volt power for battery charger and block heater. All emergency two-way radios have been removed. Two Rectangle openings in console where radio was. Openings in lower portion of EMR console NOT in good shape. All lighting is operational EXCEPT front grill lighting. Siren box removed. Siren speakers with the siren head still installed and included. Patient/Rear compartment in fair shape. Compartments, Benches, lighting fixtures, overhead and all panel displays working and in good shape. This unit does not currently have a "good Captain’s chair” It does have the base for Captain’s chair.
NOTE: The Electric/Hydrailic O2 cylinder Lift is NOT included in purchase of this unit. Lift may be concidered for a separate/additional price. *This ambulance is being SOLD AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY IMPLIED. Ambulance may be inspected in person and is highly suggested.
Payment must be made to the "Christiana Community Ambulance Association” within 48-72 hours of Accepted Bid from the Board of Directors of the Christiana Community Ambulance Association. Payment must be in the form of cash or certified check and paid in full before pick up. Ambulance must be removed from our station by buyer within 5-7 days of acceptance of bid. Bid is finalized at Meeting on September 24, 2020.
We do have the drivers side door panel and is attachable.

Our Buyers Fees
With Municibid, pricing is clear, up-front and transparent. A buyer's fee (% of the winning bid amount) will be charged directly to the winning bidder upon the close of each auction via the credit card you entered prior to placing the bid. If buyers fee is 8% for bids up to $99,999.99, 5% for bids $100,000 - $499,999.99, and 4% for bids over $500,000.
- Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
