Successful bidder shall remove the item(s) within seven (7) calendar days following receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof.

2008 John Deere 997 Diesel 72" Zero Turn Mower.  2583 hours.  In working order. 

All items sold "as" with no warranty expressed or implied.  We strongly recommend bidders inspect items prior to bidding.  Worcester Township reserved the right to reject any and all bids.  Successful bidders are responsible for all fees associated with the title, transfer, and licensing.  Winning bidder will be notified within (3) days of ward bid.

Yes, working condition. The unit is 12 years old so normal wear and tear should be expected. We suggest always taking a look in person.
