Please note, the Lift has been disassembled by Public Works.  The photo showing assembled Challenger 39000 is a stock photo.  Last inspected 2016. Operational when disassembled.  All parts included.

Equipment offered for sale is considered “used” and may contain defects not immediately detectable. Bidders may inspect the equipment prior to bidding. Inspection is by appointment only Tuesday, October 27, 2020, Tuesday, November 3, 2020 and Tuesday, November 10, 2020 between 1:00 -2:00 PM in New Hope Borough, Bucks County, PA. Once bidding is final and closed, the bid will be subject to consideration by New Hope Borough Council’s approval at a subsequent Borough Council meeting. New Hope Borough Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

All property is offered for sale “AS IS, WHERE IS.” Seller makes no warranty, guarantee, expressed or implied. All sales are final.

Buyer is responsible for all auction costs, including any applicable sales tax.  Buyer responsible for all costs associated to transport the equipment.

Accepted method of payment is Certified or Cashier’s Check, payable to New Hope Borough, upon acceptance of the successful bid.

Buyer is responsible for transportation of their awarded items. New Hope Borough will not provide transportation assistance.

Property may be removed by appointment only. Appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance, via the contact information above. All items must be removed within five (5) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate/Confirmation Email, unless otherwise agreed upon.
