Two sets of keys with keyless entry and remote starter. Vehicle needs a right front bearing; all other maintenance is up-to-date.
Original backseat is not included or available.
Vehicle sold “as is / as seen” and no warranty is implied or written. Sale is contingent on the vote of the Board of Selectmen and the Selectmen reserve the right to refuse any and all bids, if found to be in the best interest of the Town of Lyndeborough.
Buyer assumes responsibility for pick-up and condition of vehicle.
Pre-bid inspection of vehicle is available by appointment by calling 654-5955, Monday through Thursday 8 am to 3 pm.
Vehicle shall be paid for and removed within one week of bid being awarded. If it is not, Selectmen retain the right to award to another bidder.
Advanced 48 hour notice is required prior to pick-up.

There are no warning lights on. The water pump is original. I can not answer the undercarriage question other than normal for a four year old vehicle that has been maintained and washed at a car wash with undercarriage washes each time.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
