"it is stated in your description, the truck has no mechanical problems, but after starting the truck yesterday, it has many issues, engine rattles badly, sounds like the rods. Then, my scanner captured 'ck eng. codes as follows: PO1299(3)cyl head over temperature protection active, PO54A,54B,54C cold start crankshaft position timing bank 1 & bank 2,PO299 turbo under boost, PO016 crankshaft position correlatiion Bank 1. These codes are reasons to believe that the engine was overheated and is therefore will need major engine rebuilding. Therefore, I believe the truck was never a police department or city based vehicle and the Police Chief had no knowledge of the condition of this truck. I was in the bidding for many days @ $8005.00, although presently I am not high bidder, graciously out, but you should take this truck off the market, due to INACCURATE 'mechanical description'. This is your reputation, your have taken someone else's word that there were 'no mechanical problems', but replacing a $12,000.00 motor would cause a hell of a lawsuit. Our Buyers Fees

- Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
