The winning bidder shall be notified after the close of the item auctioned by the auction website. The item result will be voted on by Borough Council at their meeting on May 20, 2024. Once the sale of the vehicle has been approved by Council, payment and pickup arrangements should be made with Larry Kurpakus, Director of Public Works, at 412-850-5026. The winning bidder agrees to pay by certified bank check or money order payment and remove all items won at bid within ten business days of the award unless other arrangements are made with the Borough in advance. Payment must be made to the Borough of Fox Chapel located at 401 Fox Chapel Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15238.
