Payment for the equipment must be made by Cashier's Check payable to Bern Township and issued by a financial institution that can be contacted for verification. Bern Township does not provide any guaranties or warranties relative to the equipment being sold. Therefore, the equipment is offered for sale on an AS IS - WHERE IS basis. Bern Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals. The successful bidder will be required to accompany a township employee to a tag agent for transfer of the vehicle title and pay for any sales tax and transfer costs.

ADVISORY - Use of lights and/or siren by a non-law enforcement entity is strictly prohibited. There is also a working driver’s side spot light and prisoner transport partition. Thanks for the interest in our vehicle. We are not aware of any issues and there are no warning lights on the dash. The only major mechanical repair shown on this vehicle was an oil cooler in 2017. Current Engine hours - 8957, Idle hours - 5769

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
