Item Description
2008 E-One Typhon 1500 GPM QMAX150-23 Hale Pump, 1000 TFP Gallon Water Tank, 30 Gallon Class B Foam Tank with an Akron foam system. Vehicle has 132,801 miles. This vehicle has an electrical issue that indicates a "Stop Engine" alarm on the dash panel, No firematic equipment that is show in the attached photos will be included with the winning bid.
The item is being sold “AS IS AND WITH ALL THE FAULTS.” There are no warranties either expressed or implied which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. The Town of Sudbury is not responsible or liable past transaction, and therefore there is no implied warranty of merchantability extended to this item Pickup must be within ten (10) working days from the date of the end of the auction. The winning bidder is responsible for title transfer costs and transportation costs for pickup of each item. The winning bidder must also submit a signed “Certificate of Non-Collusion” (provided by municipality) prior to receipt of property as required by Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B, Section 10..

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
