Tinicum Township, as the seller, disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability of fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale.This truck is being sold on an “As Is, Where Is” basis on this website - Municibid and any and all bids shall come through this web-site. Bidders must be 18 years old and be legally able to form a binding contract as a buyer. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between the Buyer and Seller. Payment is due in full within seven (7) calendar days from the date that the seller is notified of the successful bid. If payment is not made within the 7 days the seller reserves the right to award the sale to the second highest bidder or relist this item on Municibid. The successful bidder shall make full payment to Tinicum Township in the form of cash, a cashier’s check or a certified check. This item shall be removed from the Township property within fourteen (14) calendar days of the awarded bid. The Board of Supervisors shall vote on whether to accept and award the bid during their meeting on December 7th, 2021 and the awarded bidder will be contacted the following day.
Item Description
This 4x4 was a pickup truck when purchased new, body crossmembers rotted out and we fabricated the flat bed for it in 2011, and then in 2018 we refurbished the cab and had all of the leaf springs replaced. Inspection ran out Sept. 2021, there are currently 109,380 miles on it, starts & drives as it should, the truck needs 4 tires and the front transmission seal and also the check engine light is lit (didn't have it checked out due to having our new truck here). Truck comes with a 8 ft. power angle snowplow, toolboxes which are mounted on the bed, maintenance records and 3 new engine filters for it.

No this is the original cab, we cut out and replaced the roof skin, rockers and cab corners in house, the rotted floor cross members I mentioned above was the "tubes" under the pickup body which we scrapped and then fabricated the flat bed.

Yes I do believe it would make that trip, but just to be safe, I'd bring extra Trans fluid. To add to answer above, I will post pictures of the underneath/frame today.

Yes it does, has a very slow freon leak, I buy a can from NAPA and recharge it if needed

Our Buyers Fees
With Municibid, pricing is clear, up-front and transparent. - Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
