Item Description
The Latimore Township, Adams County Pennsylvania, Board of Supervisors are offering for sale, by online auction, a 2012 Dodge Charger all white in color with the Hemi V8 engine, VIN 2C3CDXAT8CH304703. The vehicle will be sold “As-Is” with no warranty expressed or implied. The 2012 Dodge Charger is a decommissioned police patrol vehicle. The vehicle has been stripped of all police related equipment except the siren mounted behind the grill, (inoperable). All emblems and police markings have been removed. There is a 1 inch hole in the roof and the trunk lid where antennas were mounted. This vehicle has been regularly maintained and has a current Pennsylvania inspection sticker good until 10/22. The current mileage is 87,333.
All persons interested in bidding on the 2012 Dodge Charger are required to make bids or inquiries using the web auction site “Municicbid. Anyone wanting to inspect the 2012 Dodge Charger prior to bidding must make an appointment with the Latimore Township Chief of Police, Victor Woerner, at telephone 717-528-4121. Vehicle is located at the Township Building.
The auction for the 2012 Dodge Charger will start on January 13, 2022 and end on January 26, 2022.
The Latimore Township Board of Supervisors expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality of and performance of the items of property is with the bidder.

When I start the car and while it’s running it sounds like a normal Hemi running. I cannot detect any abnormal noises. (I am not a mechanic though) It seems to run smooth with no up and down idle issues and it has plenty of power.

There is no damage inside from police equipment mounting. I tried to show in the photos the fact there is no complete center console only the shell where the police radio was installed.
