Item Description
2010 5105M John Deere Utility tractor with 563 Self leveling loadeer and Alamo Grass King flail head mower. Mower is funtional but has seen a lot of use and has a 60 inch head. Tractor has 1544 hours, heat and a/c, 4x4 with diff lock, 4 speed manual and 4 ranges. the tractor was used for shoulder and right of way mowing until fall of 2021 when a new unit was put in to service. Tractor serial number LV5105M260088. This unit is being AS IS WHERE IS WITH NO WARRANTIES

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
