Item Description
2009 Ford Escape, runs well and shifts as it should. There is rust in the doglegs on both sides as seen in pictures. The tailgate has rust on the bottom as seen in the pictures. There is also rust in the unibody supports behind the rear axle housing on both sides( see pictures ) which will cause it not to pass inspection without repair. The interior is in good condition for the year and mileage as can be seen in the pictures.
Sold as is & where is. No Warranty is expressed or implied. Purchaser is responsible for all transfer, transportation & delivery costs, fees & taxes.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
