This Asplundh Aerial Unit was issued a mandatory retirement age of 25 years from the manufacturer and will not be certified by a licensed professional.
HOWEVER:
The vehicle chassy in good shape. Engine and transmission operate well. Brakes in good shape. Drives well.
Bucket mechanism works well and was used regularly up until recently. Controls work well. May be a small hydraulic leak near the controls.

There are companies that will inspect and certify the bucket mechanism. Because this unit is beyond the mandatory manufacturer's retirement date, this cannot be certified, even though it operates well. As a government entity, we need that certification.
