Item Description
Thirty (30) Virco Zuma Rocking Chairs, gently used, in very good condition. The chairs were purchased as part of a school renovation project and then determined to not be suitable for the school programming. Items are being sold "as is."
These chairs have a 18" seat height. The chairs are in the color "sunset," shown as the orange color in the accompanying photographs.
**Furniture to be pickup only. Buyer is responbile for removing all items from the building. Removal of the chairs by the successful bidder to be scheduled with the Town, but not to exceed ten (10) business days after receipt of payment. The Town of Rowley reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to cancel this listing at any time.**
THE SUCCESSFUL BIDDER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A SIGNED CERTIFICATE OF NON-COLLUSION, WHICH IS INCLUDED AS AN ATTACHMENT ON THIS AUCTION.

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
