It is the back controls that operate the back of the backhoe.

Yes all parts are operational. It starts and moves and is still in service.

"Hello, 1. Did township purchase this new? 2. Was unit used to load salt? 3. Any fluid leaks, including hydraulic cylinders? 4. Heat? 5 A/C? 6. Any open maintenance needs on the unit ( pins, bushings, brakes, etc.. Thank you!"

Yes, the Township purchased this new. No it was not used to load salt. No leaks that we are aware of. Has heat but does not have air. No open Maintenance needs. This is sold "As Is" as listed in our description.
