The Town of Chelmsford reserves the right to reject any or all bids and does not provide any guarantees and/or warranties relative to any item being sold. Each item is being sold "AS IS". Payment must be made with Cashier's Check, Treasurer's Check, Certified Check, or U.S. Postal Money Order payable to the Town of Chelmsford at the time of pickup – no personal or business funds will be accepted. There are no refunds. Pickup must be within ten (10) working days from the date of the end of the auction. The winning bidder is responsible for title transfer costs and transportation costs for the pickup of each item. The winning bidder must also submit a signed “Certificate of Non-Collusion” (provided by municipality) prior to receipt of property as required by Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B, Section 10.
Item Description
ENGINE HOURS: 21,858 IDLE HOURS: 16,868
COLOR: BLACK
Exterior: no big damage just door dents and scratches. All police equipment was removed, and antenna bases were left in the roof to plug holes. Headlight and taillights strobes were cut at lights/ inoperable. The rear hatch hole where wires came through is taped over, to the left of the plate assembly.
Interior: driver’s door armrest damaged. The headliner was damaged by police equipment. No rear seats or right rear door panel. The spare tire and jack are present but the hold down is missing. The rear hatch panel has holes where equipment was installed. The Center dash panel has holes where equipment was installed.
Mechanical: last in service 9/2022. Needs battery. The check engine light is on once running but runs ok, codes unknown. TPMS light on. Heat ok. A/C is ok. Full maintenance records and dealership warranty repair receipts are available for review.

The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If you do not pay for your item, you will not receive a refund of your buyer's final sale fee, you will no longer be permitted to bid on municibid.com and will be subject to a penalty of 40% of the winning bid amount. If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
