Item Description
East Bradford Township is selling a 1999 Vibromax roller: Specs are as follows:
1999 Vibromax roller
TRAILER NOT INCLUDED! We just used it to return the roller from storage to take pictures then return it to storage.
- Engine 3 cylinder Kubota Diesel engine Model D1403. 29 HP.
- Hours 00487.3. LOW hours!
- 2 ½ metric ton
- 48” drums.
- Hydrostatic propulsion and vibratory systems
- Model 263
- ROPS
- Both drums vibrate and can be run independently or together in any combination
- Original Owners manual and parts manual included
- Township owned since new. Mostly stored indoors.
The bad:
- The water system in finicky and always needs to be tinkered with to keep working.

East Bradford Township, as seller, disclaims any warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability of fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. The roller is being sold on an “As is, where is” basis. Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract as buyers. Placing a bid creates a legally binding contract between Buyer and Seller. Payment in full is due not later than seven (7) calendar days from the time and date of the Notice of award or the Township reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder. The successful bidder shall make payment to East Bradford Township in the form of cash, cashier’s check, certified check, or money order, made payable to East Bradford Township, 676 Copeland School Rd. West Chester, PA 19380. Successful bidder shall remove item(s) within seven (7) days following receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. The Township reserves the right to reject any bids received and to award to the vendor of choice. Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up Roller. Delivery is not available. The Township is not responsible for Roller once it has left Township property.
East Bradford Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
Roller can be picked up at the East Bradford Public Works Facility located at 678 Copeland School Road, West Chester PA 19380.
Bid will be awarded at the East Bradford Township Board of Supervisors meeting on Thursday, February 2, 2023.

Trailer not included in sale. We just used it to bring the trailer in for pictures. Sorry for the confusion. Note added to the description.

As stated in the description, The water system is finicky and always needs to be tinkered with to keep working. It was working when we winterized it.

Our Buyers Fees

- Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.

If your credit card is declined for insufficient funds, you will be charged a $50 fee.
