Item Description
2002 Chevy S-10, 57,XXX miles. Was used for light duty work and pulling a trailer for a mow route. It has rust on the rear fenders and cab corners and multiple dents and dings but overall is a good running truck.
No mechanical issues that we know of, no leaks, starts and drives fine. The truck will need new tires.
All property is offered for sale “As-Is, Where-Is.” Bidders are encouraged to physically inspect the offered property prior to bidding.

The purchaser is responsible for transportation to and from the Town Fleet management Lot. The purchaser pays for all transportation costs. The Town is not responsible for and will not make any removal and/or transportation arrangements. These arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will The Town of Walkerton employees assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed from 7:00am - 3:30pm EST, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).

What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
