You are bidding on a used Applied Green Machine 414/RS Diesel floor scrubber. Unit has been sitting unused for some time. Hour meter reads 28.3 and both tires are flat. Does not start. Extent of repairs and maintenance needed is unknown. Unit has been replaced with new vehicle due to age and overall condition. SOLD AS IS. WILL BE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF BUYER TO LOAD/REMOVE UNIT. CTA WILL NOT ASSIST. BUYER MUST RETRIEVE/REMOVE ITEMS WITHIN 5 DAYS OF CTA RECEIVING PAYMENT CONFIRMATION.

VEHICLE TITLE
The title will be issued at least (30) days from the vehicle removal date to the registered bidder/business name only. Please register in the name and address that you wish to appear on this document. Refer to the auction terms & conditions for additional details.
Buyers are responsible for filing all title and registration documents with their local vehicle registration authority.
The Purchaser is responsible for paying all appropriate taxes.
REMOVAL: The Purchaser is responsible for the removal from the listed location and shall be towed by a properly licensed towing service. PICKUP IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY (24) HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE REQUIRED. The CTA will not provide any assistance other than ensuring that the vehicle is accessible prior to towing. NO EXCEPTIONS.

For 3rd Party Pickup: Before property will be released, the winning buyer will be required to send an e-mail (from the winning buyer's e-mail address used for the auction), identifying the representative authorized to pick-up paid item on their behalf. The authorized representative will need to bring the Notice of Award, Paid Receipt (photo copies are acceptable), bill of lading (for transport or shipping company), and their picture identification (such as a Driver License).

Our Buyers Fees
With Municibid, pricing is clear, up-front and transparent. A buyer's fee (% of the winning bid amount) will be charged directly to the winning bidder upon the close of each auction via the credit card you entered prior to placing the bid. If buyers fee is 8% for bids up to $99,999.99, 5% for bids $100,000 - $499,999.99, and 4% for bids over $500,000.
- Winning bid: $50,000: = Buyers fee: $4,000 (8% of $50,000).
- Winning bid: $150,000: = Buyers fee: $10,500 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + (5% of $50,000 = $2,500).
- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
