The Item is being sold “AS IS AND WITH ALL THE FAULTS.” There are no warranties either expressed or implied which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. The City of Boston, MA Purchasing Department is not a used item dealer, and therefore there is no implied warranty of merchantability extended to this item. Winning bidder is responsible for any transportation costs for picking up this item.
Item Description
WildCat LS80A compost turner.
This composter has very low hrs on it and is in very good condition.
This compost turner has its own diesel engine to power the drum that turns the material. The turner is self contained having its own electrical and hydraulic system. A 20-wire cord with a control panel is mounted on the prime mover to control engine stop functions and throttle functions. this turner is pushed through the windrow by a prime mover such as a 4-wheel drive rubber tire loader or a minimum 16' - 0" backhoe. The loader must be a minimum 1 1/4 yard rated machine. The female hitch to accomodate the customers prime mover is included.
The equipment is being sold “AS IS AND WITH ALL THE FAULTS.” There are no warranties either expressed or implied which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. The model year of this equipment is an approximate model year only. The City of Boston, MA Purchasing Department is not a used equipment dealer, and therefore there is no implied warranty of merchantability extended to this compost turner.
Winning bidder is responsible for any transportation costs for picking up this equipment. Sold composter must be picked up within two weeks from the date of the winning bid.

- Winning bid: $550,000: = Buyers fee: $30,000 (8% of $100,000 = $8,000) + 5% of $400,000 = $20,000) + (4% of $50,000 = $2,000).
Where can I see what the buyers fee is?
The current buyers fee will always be shown on the page of the listing under the current price in both the bid area and auction details area. You will also see the buyers fee amount you will pay for your entered bid on the page where you confirm your bid.
What if the selling agency rejects my bid?
If the government agency rejects your bid (they reserve the right to do so) your buyer's fee will be returned, in full, to you within 5 days of notification to Municibid of the rejected bid by the governing body.
