GM LZ8 V6, 3.9L (242 cubic inch) displacement.  Included are the following components: 

Engine block, crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons, piston rings, cylinder head assemblies (including valve train components), lifters, camshaft, timing gears and chain, timing chain dampener, front cover, oil pump, oil pan and valve covers.
