GM LA1 V6, 3.4L (207 cubic inch) displacement.  Included are the following components: 

Engine block, crankshaft, connecting rods, pistons, piston rings, cylinder head assemblies (including valve train components), lifters, camshaft, timing gears and chain, timing chain dampener, front cover, oil pump (does not include oil pump drive gear), oil pan and valve covers.
