The Borough of Freedom implies no warranty, express or otherwise on this vehicle and is sold as is non-refundable. Sealed bids will be accepted for the sale of this vehicle until 3:00 PM on May 1, 2017. These bids will be reviewed in addition to the results of the online auction bids.
