Pole Mounted Christmas Decorations/Poinsettias

Upon notification of award of bid, payment in full by the successful bidder must be received by the city within 10 business days or the city reserves the right to dispose of the item in any manner it sees fit. Only a certified check, cashiers check, or money order made payable to the City of Hermitage shall be an accepted form of payment. Payments shall be mailed or delivered to: City of Hermitage Garage, 5250 Virginia Road, Hermitage, PA 16148. The successful bidder must make arrangements to have the item picked up within 10 business days after having made payment or the city reserves the right to dispose of the item in any manor it sees fit. The City of Hermitage reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defect in any bid.
