25 HP Converter, PHASE-A-MATIC. By Phase A Matic, Baldor Electric, Fort Smith AR, Model # 40F045W548, Serial # 7020805024. Used in Borough's recycling program to convert power from single phase to 3 phase for a vertical baler. Equipment used but in good condition, was operational when discharged from service 12/31/16. Item Sold AS-IS.
BUYER is responsible for any/all transfer fees, license fees, sales tax and/or title fees. All items MUST be removed within 10 days from the date of the bid award. BUYER must assume full responsibility of removal arrangements & perform all work including packaging, loading and transportation-shipping of property.

Red Hill Reserves the right to reject any & all bids. If awarded, payment in full of successful bid is due to Red Hill Borough with in 5 business days from the award of the bid. Acceptable forms of payment are a Certified Cashier's Check or a Money Order.
