1994 INTERNATIONAL DUMP TRUCK W/GLEDHILL PLOW & SPREADER

This a 1994 International 4900 DT series dump truck with Gledhill plow and spreader.The GVWR 36,220  GAWR Front 13,220, GAWR Rear 23,000.Truck has 51,144.5 miles on it,  the inspection ran out in Jan. ( we purchase a new truck is the only reason we are selling the 1994) motor run's good there is a slight oil leak at the back edge of the oil pan. hydraulic system work's. Unit comes with plow and spreader. Truck has air brakes,chains not included.

Bidders must be 18 years old and legally able to form binding contracts as buyers. Placing a bid creates a legally contract between bidder and Perry Township. Payment in full is due no later than seven (7) calender days from the time and date of the notice of award or the township reserves the right to relist the item or award it to the second highest bidder. The successful bidder shall make payment to Perry Township.,Mercer County in a form of a cashier's check or money order made payable to " Perry Township, Mercer County, 1096 Fredonia Road,Hadley,Pa. 16130. The successful bidder shall remove the item within seven (7) calender days following receipt of payment.Please note, upon removal of property all sales are final. Returns will not be given for items not picked up by the deadline. Perry Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up the 1994 International Truck at the township building. Taxes and  transfer of title and associated expenses are responsibility of the buyer.
