Items are being sold as is with all sales being final upon approval of the bid by the North Lebanon Twp Board of Supervisors.  There are no warranties expressed or implied and no refunds of any kind will be made.   North Lebanon Twp reserves the right to reject any and all bids.  Successful bidder can pick up the items at the North Lebanon Twp building, 725 Kimmerlings Rd, Lebanon, PA  17046.
