The vehicle must be picked up within 15 days of the close of the auction. The Municipality reserves the right to repost the vehicle after the established pick up time period has expired. Payment can be made by certified check to the Town of Ashfield, Massachusetts, submitted in person at time of vehicle pick up. Buyer also responsible for all fees in regards to title transfer. Notice to potential bidders: Upon winning the auction, the winning bidder must submit a signed “Certificate of Non-Collusion” (provided by municipality) prior to the receipt of property as required by Massachusetts Chapter 30B.
