50" Width cap., 2-head drum Sander with 48" wide sand paper conveyor feed over a reinforced steel bed, mounted in fabricated zinc plated steel, cast aluminum base.
Equipped with: 7.5 HP - 1,740 RPM Motor belt drives both balanced sanding heads, both heads are 5" dia. aluminum, both are independently adjustable and rotate @ 1,600 RPM.
0 - 15 FPM Variable conveyor speed driven by DC motor; 1/64" - 12" thickness cap., 3-1/2" min. material length.
Complete with: Hinged back steel dust hood with (3) 4" dia. dust extraction outlets, adjustable rubber covered infeed & outfeed rollers and push button magnetic controls. Mounted on casters.
