Upon notification of the award, payment in full by the successful bidder must be received by the East Cocalico Township within fifteen (15) business days or the bid will be forfeited, and the next highest bidder may be offered the bid award or item may be placed back on bid.
The successful bidder shall make arrangements one (1) day in advance to have the item picked up, and be prepared to pay the amount due as cash or Certified Check prior to or at the time of picking up the item (check made out to East Cocalico Township). Item must be removed no later than 15 business days after bid award date unless alternate arrangements are approved by East Cocalico Township.
Successful bidder is responsible for title transfer and transportation.
