Payment to the Township in the full amount of the successful bid in cash or certified funds shall be made within fifteen (15) days of notice from the Township of awarding of bid. Successful bidder must remove the vehicle/ item(s) from the Coolbaugh Township Road Garage within fifteen (15) days of the awarding of the bid. The Coolbaugh Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

All payments must be in the form of a certified check or money order made payable to Coolbaugh Township. Vehicle will be available for inspection in person at the Coolbaugh Township Department of Works Recycling Center and inspections will be by Appointment only.
