The winning bidder may designate a representative to pick up their item. If that happens, the winning bidder must provide Bucknell University with the representative’s company name, and/or representative’s individual name in writing to be reviewed and accepted by Bucknell University before any items will be released. Please schedule pick-up of your items 24 hours in advance Monday through Thursday between 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM by calling Donna Bender at (570) 577-1242. No Saturday or Sunday pickups will be accepted. All payments will be made at the Procurement Office at 310 S. 7th Street, Lewisburg, PA., Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Payment is due within five (5) business days of winning an auction. No deposits or partial payments accepted. Cash, money order, certified check or cashier's checks are acceptable forms of payment. If payment is not received within (5) business days, items will be relisted for sale on Municibid.
