North Fayette Township has for public auction a bulk lot of X26 Tasers, Blackhawk Serpa holsters, batteries, a training cartridge and USB Data Port. The X26 law enforcement model TASER fires from a safe distance of 15 feet away (or 21 or 25 feet for law enforcement) with ultimate take-down power as it overrides the central nervous system of the human body affecting both sensory and motor systems. Proven Electro Muscular Disruption (EMD) and Neuromuscular Incapacitation (NMI) is exclusive with TASER. North Fayette Township invites law enforcement agencies or authorized dealers to submit bids on this auction. Serial numbers will be transferred through Taser.
LAWS AND RESTRICTIONS
North Fayette Township will sell and ship to both civilians and law enforcement throughout the United States, but ship only to law enforcement in the following Restricted States and Cities. It is your responsibility as the buyer to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, and national laws concerning the purchase, ownership, possession, and use of any product we offer for sale. It is not the seller's responsibility to make this determination. Laws change, and this is not an exhaustive list. Consult your local and state laws if you are in doubt.
Please be advised that sale will be contingent upon the winning bidder passing a Background Check. Prior to shipment, the winning bidder must submit Date of Birth, Drivers License Number and the last 4 of their Social Security number. Illinois residents must provide a copy of their FOID card. Michigan peace officers, correction officers, probation officers, court officers, bail agents, private investigators, aircraft pilots, and aircraft crew members must provide a copy of their ID card. Law enforcement officers in restricted areas can fax a copy of their law enforcement ID card to:
