Mower has 446 hours. Offered and being sold as "As Is Where Is". Excellent Condition. The mower runs great and has recently had the engine rebuilt. Successful bidders shall make full payment by cashier's check or money order payable to Union Township, and remove the lawn mower within seven (7) days of being awarded the bid the Board of Supervisors.
By submitting a bid for this auction item, the bidder certifies that under the penalty of perjury that the bid has been made and submitted in good faith and without collusion or fraud with any person(s). Union Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and award item in a manner deemed in the best interest of the Township.
