1. All items/vehicles listed below will be sold on an "as is", "where is" basis. There are no warranties, express or implied as to title or condition with respect to any of the articles. No refunds shall be made. Representations, if any, shall merge and shall not survive award.
2. Equipment and Vehicles listed may be inspected at the times and location listed in the posting.
3. Payment must be by Certified Check made payable to the Borough of Mantoloking at the time of pick-up.
4. The Borough reserves the right to reject any bid or all bids and to award in part or whole if deemed to be in the best interest of the Borough.
5. All items sold, shall be removed from the Borough within 14 days from acceptance of the bid. Items not removed shall be deemed abandoned and, at its election, forfeited to the Borough for disposal without accounting or refund.
