INVITATION TO BID
Bid proposals will be received for the following vehicle exclusively on municibid.com which has been deemed surplus by the Town of Rockport: (1) 1984 Boston Whaler Guardian with Motor and Trailer. Bids will be accepted starting June 30, 2025 at 9:00AM and ending July 15,2025 at 4:00PM. To view the vehicle and a condition description, please visit municibid.com or call 978-546-5000 ext. 40111 to make an appointment. The Town of Rockport does not provide any guarantees and/or warranties relating to item(s) sold. The items are being sold as is/as seen. Bids are accepted only through municibid.com until the date above. The Town of Rockport reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids. All materials must be picked up within thirty (30) calendar days of awarding bid and payment is due at time of pickup via certified check. The winner shall be the highest bidder that has been deemed responsible and responsive by the Town. Execution of non-collusion & tax attestation forms shall be mandatory for the successful bidder.
