Frigidaire Commercial Refrigerator

The Norwood Board of Health has one (1) Frigidaire Commerical Refrigerator (Model #FCRS201LFB4) available for auction.  There is no freezer in this unit. This item was  purchased in 2010.   The item is in working condition to the best our of knowledge.   Award will be made to the bidder which offers the highest bid amount and at least meets the minimum asking price.  Payment shall be made within seven (7) calendar days of notice of award. The successful bidder shall be responsible for removing the item within seven (7) calendar days of the notice of award.   The Town will NOT ship this item; it is the responsibility of the successful bidder to pickup the item.   The item is sold AS IS, AS SOLD, with no warranty offered or implied.  The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any defect or irregularities as to form.  Payment shall be made in certified check, bank check or money order.  No cash or personal checks will be accepted.  Certificate of non-collusion must be signed and submitted with bid.
