1997 Ford Conventional LTS8000 Dump Truck that is in fair condition and runs well. Truck is for sale with a 12' Flink Snow Plow and Flink Stainless Steel Spreader. It is a Diesel engine, 275 HP, 10 speed manual transmission and has air brakes.
This truck has been replaced in our fleet with a newer truck. The truck does not have current inspection as it ran out in March 2018. The truck needs some body work to pass inspection and the Borough did not want to expend the funds to do it as they knew they were replacing it for this winter season. Truck has tires that are about 75%.
Truck can be viewed at 1204 Locust Street, Jersey Shore, PA 17740. Please call Ron Henry, Public Works Supervisor at 570-660-0420 to schedule inspection of truck. Truck is being sold AS IS and all sales are FINAL. Borough Council reserves the right to accept or reject ANY and ALL bids.
